Although it was built for us in December we are only just beginning to get furniture for it and get some enjoyment from it, especially as the weather has improved. We were very grateful for the work that was carried out within a short time despite the bad weather; particularly the minor remedial work that we reported to you was done very promptly to our satisfaction. We are also grateful for your own interest and concern that we would be happy with the work done. I think it is true to say that we were most impressed with your calls (both phone calls and home visits) almost daily to check that all was well. I think that you gave us a lot of attention and didn’t make us feel that we were a nuisance by our various requests. We also noted that in the local newspaper recently you kindly did some work freely for someone who had been badly let down regarding his conservatory, It didn’t come to much surprise to learn that you were so generous and you obviously care very much for peoples feelings.
