To get prepared in time for the cold winter months, a client contacted us to replace windows on their property. After living in their property for almost 20 years without having to replace their windows, they decided they were due an upgrade. After contacting various window installers, Crown Windows provided them with a professional service which reassured the homeowners that they were using the right company for the job.
With various windows to choose from, the Crown Windows team recommended the right type of window to fit the style of the property best. We also provided the client with all the relevant information on each different kind of window frame and style. All the information provided by Crown allowed the customer to choose our flush fit timber look Casement windows, which would also present the homeowner with double glazed windows for extra installation.
What We Did
There are many benefits of casement windows, which our client discovered. This includes the customisation of various colours and sizings, which the client decided to get our flush fit timber look. Furthermore, casement windows are the widest opening windows on the market, meaning the client can now open up their windows to the most beautiful views with no obstruction.
Even though the initial clients brief was to keep the warmth in the winter months, during the spring/summer months, casement windows allow excellent ventilation as well. Moreover, the safety features on this style of window is incredible and disallow any form of breakage, which makes these windows one of our most popular.
Our hardworking team began the installation and were finished within record time. The customer was over the moon with how quick the installation process was, and they had new windows before they knew it!
