A few years ago these lovely people came to Crown for advice and help with their conservatory roof, which was leaking. They’d been recommended to Crown by a builder friend of theirs who’d not only got plenty of stories to tell of projects etc Crown had done but was also using them regularly himself for supply only and the occasional fit.

Although repairs to conservatory roofs supplied by others aren’t normally undertaken by Crown (there are so many ways to fit them and standards of profile and fitting) they were able to help and started to build an ongoing relationship of mutual trust and confidence.

Their builder friend explained to Crown that Mr and Mrs Watson were reluctant to place their trust in anybody. They wanted to be sure the company they used would be able to complete any works with minimum fuss, maximum care and to agreed time scales. Crowns owner, Dave, went out and met with them, discussed all their options, making them feel at ease and reassured.

As they felt so at home with Crown, when Mr & Mrs Watson began thinking about a completely new conservatory they had no hesitation in calling on Crown again. They didn’t go elsewhere for comparisons as they knew the staff, the product, the reliability and that the price would be more than competitive.
This conservatory was much bigger and due to a variety of issues wasn’t easy or straight forward. However, with Crown staff keeping them informed and providing extra reassurance from experts in the field whenever necessary, Mr and Mrs Watson remained at ease with the whole process.

Mr Watson needed to be able to get his ride on lawn mower out of the garage into the back garden, so as part of the project Crown constructed a ramp and fitted French doors into the back wall of the garage.

They wanted to achieve a larger, better quality conservatory to enhance their home which was both practical for their advancing years and an attractive place to sit.
In order to complete the entire job, which included flooring, plastering, electrics, painting, decorating and tiling, Crown’s Cheryll took Mr & Mrs Watson out to choose and order their new tiles and lights!!

Mr and Mrs Watson are extremely happy with the work, felt at ease and reassured right through the entire project and are pleased to recommend the Crown team to everyone. Having heard their story and seen the finished product, Mrs Watson’s brother is making enquiries about having one fitted on his house after we have double glazed his home in Milton Keynes.
