We recently had a visit from a lovely couple, who were in desperate need of a new porch to upgrade the entrance to their home.

The current porch was not only looking old and dreary, but was beginning to let in a lot of moisture and was no longer secure.

After contacting the team at Crown Windows, the clients were offered a free consultation and quote, so they could get an idea on porch replacement options.

What We Did

When we initially visited the clients home, it was clear that the existing porch was worn down and showing signs of ageing. After an inspection by one of our team members, it became clear that the porch was also leaking, causing dampness. Due to the worrying discoveries, the clients decided there are then that a porch upgrade was the route that they wanted to go down.

After concluding that replacing the porch was the best option, the next decision for the couple was what colour would be best suited to their property. The previous entrance was dark, which made the home look somewhat outdated. With this in mind, the clients opted for a lighter look which would complement their modern white windows.

In and out in no time at all, the Crown Windows team worked hard to ensure the new porch met all the customer’s requirements. This included making the property more secure, and remove any chance of new leaks entering the home. Crown Windows installed a state of the art Composite Doors to ensure the highest levels of security and the best finish possible.
