Book A Survey With A Specialist

Crown will schedule for a member of the team to visit you for a site survey based on a date and time that works with your schedule. Here they will run through requirements and measurements.

Project Designs Will Commence

Once all of the relevant information has been collected, your dedicated project advisor can then go away and begin to draw up a design based on ideas discussed during your survey.

A Quotation Will Be Devised

The team at Crown will then work hard to ensure that you are provided with a quote as soon after your initial survey as possible; this is typically within three working days.

Receive Your Quote Via Email

Your quotation will be sent to you via email and will include project details broken down into sections. If you have any questions regarding your quote, the team are always happy to help.

Keep An Eye For Your Courtesy Call

Here at Crown, we do not believe in hard selling as instead, the client should be free to make their own decision. However, you can expect a courtesy call to ensure that you received your quote.

Get Started With Your Project

If you are happy with your quote and ready to go ahead with your project, get into contact with your project advisor who will work with you to schedule a time period that works for you.

Make Any Initial Payments

If you are opting for a conservatory, we will require 1/3 of your quote before starting the project. For windows, on the other hand, 25% of the payment is due prior to any work.

FENSA Products Are Installed

All windows and doors supplied by Crown are registered with FENSA. This means that products are installed to the highest quality and comply with the latest building regulations.

10-Year Warranty Granted

On completion of your project, you will be provided with a 10-year warranty, accompanied by after-sales care, which covers you for the unlikely event of a problem.

24-Hour Call-Out Available

Crown provide all clients with a 24-hour call-out service, which can be used if you have any issues with the locking of your new installation, helping to keep your property safe.

Schedule Maintenance Checks

If you spot any problems with your new products such as loose components, then you are free to contact Crown within a week to carry out a thorough maintenance check.
