About This Project
After living in their split-level bungalow for more than 10 years, our client decided it was time to completely transform the property. Their plans involved renovating the home from the ground up and turning it into a modern, stylish space that better suited their needs.
As the project included new windows and doors throughout the entire property, there were plenty of important decisions to make. Our client contacted Crown Windows to explore the different products, styles and finishes available.
We knew from the outset that this was a significant project, so we invited them to visit our showroom. This gave them the opportunity to see and compare a wide range of windows and doors in person.
During their visit, our team took the time to understand the design of the renovated property and the overall look they wanted to achieve. We talked through the available materials, colours and styles, as well as the smaller details that can make a big difference, including handles, glazing options and integrated blinds.
For homeowners choosing new windows in Milton Keynes, visiting our showroom can be particularly helpful when coordinating several products across one property. It allows every element to be considered together, helping to create a consistent and well-planned finish.
What We Did
Following their showroom consultation, our client selected a complete range of aluminium products for the property. This included a front door, bifold doors and windows.
One of the standout additions was a bifold window. Bifold windows are a fantastic feature that many homeowners do not realise is available. They can open up a large section of the wall, creating a stronger connection between indoor and outdoor spaces while bringing plenty of natural light into the room.
The windows and doors were also customised with internal blinds, providing a neat and practical alternative to traditional curtains or blinds. Every item was made to measure and designed specifically for the property.
Using the same aluminium material and matching colours throughout helped create a seamless appearance across the entire home. It also ensured that the front door, bifold doors and windows complemented the modern architectural style of the renovation.
Our installation team worked closely with the homeowners to arrange fitting around their wider construction schedule. Coordinating the installation in this way helped keep the project moving, minimise disruption and ensure important deadlines were met.
We were delighted to receive such wonderful feedback once the installation was complete. The transformation is best appreciated through the project video, which shows just how much the new products changed the appearance of the property.
This project is a great example of how carefully selected double glazing in Milton Keynes can become an important part of a full home renovation, providing consistency, functionality and a high-quality finish throughout.
